DIAMOND DOTZ is a craft where you apply small resin 'diamonds' to a pre-printed adhesive fabric to create stunning multidimensional artwork. It is similar to paint-by-numbers but uses sparkling facets instead of paint.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually arriving within 10-21 days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused kits in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Are the materials safe to use?
Yes, all DIAMOND DOTZ components are non-toxic and have been rigorously tested to meet global safety standards, including EN71-3 and ASTM D-4236.
What should I do if I run out of a specific dot color?
We provide extra dots in every kit to ensure you have enough. However, if you are missing a specific color, please contact us with your kit name and color code, and we will send replacements free of charge.
