At DIAMOND DOTZ, we want you to sparkle with satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your unopened kit in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original box, ensuring all components and tools are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package to our returns center using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
